Martin Luther King day is a day to remember how far we have come with change. It's about remembering a great man who gave his everything to make a positive difference in our world. Reverend King was a minister first and foremost. He had a very close relationship with God. And it's through his teachings and his words that he reached out to all sorts of people. His words are powerful and truth-telling. He stood up for what was right. Which is why he was one of the most visible and loved activists during the civil rights movement.
